Symbiosia
We are a small start-up social enterprise with a Maverick idea: a nursing care home and leisure destination in one: fun, funky and fair for people and planet.
We organise small, sometimes quirky, events to raise awareness and funds so we can grow the concept.
This practically means working on a feasibility study and organising events (for free or discounted) for people living with dementia and their carers.
WHY IT MATTERS
Although we all want to live at home, ageing well, we don't always get that choice. This may lead to the heart-breaking decision of having to live in a care home. The prospect of spending your final days incarcerated within four walls, with barely any access to nature, is a dreaded prospect.

Our audience can be varied due to the different locations, which are for now mainly in South London.
