"Wild, inventive comedy for fans of Emo Philips and Nick Lutsko." - Chris Thorburn, Breaking The News
"The worthy heir to a noble line of fringe-dwelling loons." - Robert Wringham, New Escapologist
Gabe is a stand-up and multimedia comedian from Glasgow. He is probably best known for writing a really catchy song about Shrek and a viral tweet about the relationship between Tinky-Winky and purple sex toys. In 2023, the music video for his Shrek song was given a limited theatrical release in the US, as a support feature for Our Frasier Remake: a crowdsourced, animated remake of the Frasier season 1 finale.
Gabe has performed at a number of arts and music festivals, including the Glasgow Comedy Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, Brighton Fringe, Reykjavik Fringe, Edinburgh Horror Festival, Solfest and Eden Music Festival. He also supported Colonel Mustard & The Dijon Five at The National Museum of Scotland in 2019
As a member of the Chunks collective, Gabe has won small fractions of three Scottish Comedy Awards and one Reykjavik Fringe Award. He is currently touring Curse of The Black Seal - an occult-themed burlesque and comedy show co-written by cabaret icon Seaglass Beach - and will be debuting his latest solo show, RoboCop Vs. The Terminator Vs. Gabriel Featherstone, at the 2025 Glasgow Comedy Festival.
