I have been a comedian for four years and have done paid weekend work for clubs such as Downstairs at the King's Head (15 min), the Comedy Cafe (15 mins) and the Hob in Forest Hill. I have gained paid opening work (20s) from the Chortle Factory in Bury St Edmonds, Above Bar Comedy in Southampton, Big Red Bus Comedy in Deptford and 12 Step Comedy in Southampton.
In June this year I won King Gong at the London Comedy Store and the Comedy Cafe competition in the same week.

I have MCed more than 200 gigs for Mirth Control, Etcetera Theatre, the Good Ship in Kilburn, Sweet Release in Edinburgh and for a night I ran in London called Hungry Miller's Laughbag.

Here's what people think of me:

"David performed a 20-minute set for our charity fundraising event at the Body Shop and was an absolute pleasure to watch. His material is thoroughly engaging, clever and unique. I was particularly impressed with his refreshing perspective on quite difficult topics such as race and religion. The audience thoroughly enjoyed his performance." Victoria Hook, R+D fundraising committee member, at the Body Shop.

"David seems at home on stage, where his easy confidence and charm are backed by really excellent material." Kenny Campbell editor, Stand up London website

'An inventive and promising act. Jolly, friendly and funny!? Isy Suttie, comedian and actor

"'David Jesudason is a fearless new talent whose refreshingly spikey up-to-date material is delivered with a cheeky glint in his eye, easily engaging the audience with whom he is very comfortable conversing." Trevor Lock, comedian

"Wonderfully inventive and funny." Dan Antopolski, comedian and actor
