Calvin Smith
Calvin Smith has been delighting crowds throughout London and the Southeast with his wry, anecdotal/observational comedy since 2022. Based in West London where he works as a kickboxing instructor, Calvin has applied his tenacious dedication to stand up comedy and has quickly excelled in competitions, and established himself as a reliable headliner and MC at distinguished comedy shows across the capital.
I've been performing for about 4 years, with the following notable appearances:
- Beat the King Gong at the Leicester Square Comedy Store, and came back for two open spots in 2025
- Beat the gong at the Ding Dong Gong Show at Big Belly Comedy Club multiple times (winning on two occasions), and returned for an open spot in 2025
- Beat the Blackout at Up the Creek multiple times
- Beat the Frog at The Frog & Bucket multiple times
