Ben Owen grew up with dreams of stand up comedy fame and no access to a local comedy circuit, so from the age of 20, he's been performing hour-long gigs all by himself before making a splash (though it's currently more of a small ripple) in the comedy scene.
His inoffensive but humorous style of observing every day life has led him to his first review
"my mum's new favourite comedian" - one day, he'll break free of all the mums, for now, he's just happy someone's laughing.
