We want to host an event in mid-October in which we invite a few comedians out to perform at our hotel for a Breast Cancer fundraising event. We're calling this event "Stand Up for Hope". The idea is that the comedians are the entertainment, while a silent auction goes on throughout the event. Any money we make off of the silent auction goes to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which helps communities fund breast cancer research, patient treatment, and preventative care. It's an event that we're very excited to move forward with, but we can't carry on without comedians!
Notes for performersThis event is still in its early stages, so performers would be named in all promotional emails/flyers as they're developed. We are looking to pay in the form of a complimentary stay voucher, or Hilton Honors points because this is a charity event.
