Comedy night at The Brunel Arms

An evening of stand-up comedy in a private function room at the Brunel Arms, Pontyclun. Sat at candlelit tables, you can enjoy an evening of laughter with friends. Just 15 minutes from Cardiff. The evening features five comedians who are regulars on the UK comedy circuit and would fit in at any top comedy club. Headlining the night are Irish Sketch comedy trio “Foil, Arms and Hog”. The chances are you've no idea who we're talking about, but this is where you trust us! They are the only act which have received standing ovations and repeated encores at our established comedy club in Milton Keynes and we wanted to bring this top Irish Sketch group to South Wales! Opening the show is Steve Day. Steve is a deaf comedian who has been performing stand-up for 11 years and is a headliner in his own right so we are fortunate to have him opening the show for us! Hosting the evening is Robin Morgan, who you may recognise from his performances at the Glee Club in Cardiff! We are also pleased to be bringing Archie Maddocks, a top new act from London who won the Bath Festival New Act of the Year competition this year.
