Jam Comedy Open Mic Night

1st Monday of the month, Doors 7pm for a 7:45pm start! The open mic night is organised by 3 local comedians (Joe Seville, Mr Andy and Mike Lord). What is an open mic night? An open mic night is where acts come along to try out new material or to practice routines that need refining. Sometimes an act may just come along to sharpen up their set before a big gig if they've had a couple of weeks off. Who is performing? At an open mic night you will find anyone from an act that is performing for the first time, to an act that is a regular on the comedy circuit. On the night there is normally around 10 - 12 acts performing, some of these are pre-arranged, but others will turn up on the night for a spot! Already confirmed for April are Katie Field, Wayne Lawrence and The Jam Comedy Crew. Food and Drink The wine bar will have a menu available and of course plenty of drink choices too!
