Steve has finally acted on the advice of his headmaster some thirty-odd years ago, "So you think you're funny Balding, you should be a comedian!" Writing and performing his own gag-filled stories and anecdotes, he shares his own alternative views from banks to boy scouts. His act is an insight into an ordinary bloke's daily struggle to maintain his place at the helm of a dysfunctional family, and his understanding of what it means to be a modern man.
