Lena Margareta

Lena Margareta is a trained journalist, who for many years produced television for the Swedish equivalent of BBC education, using comedy to teach Swedes everything from maths to psychology. With a background in improvised theatre, she only started doing stand up comedy in her thirties. In 2012 she was one of the founders of award winning Swedish comedy site kuttanblues.se, a platform for female comedians, where she has written, directed and acted in a number of sketches. She is London based since October 2013, and did her first ever stand up gig in English at the Camden Head in Angel. Started the still running comedy club Big Nose Comedy and now regularly comperes Stand Up at Central in Piccadilly Circus.
