Katie J Green

Katie Green was born and raised in the Bay Area and started stand-up at 18 years old in San Francisco. She was first introduced to stand-up when she was taking an acting class and a fellow classmate told her, "You aren't that good at acting, but you should try stand-up." Little did she know this backhanded compliment would start her stand-up career. Katie graduated from UCLA. During her time there she ran the comedy club at the university. She has been featured on lineups alongside Maria Bamford, Anthony Jeselnik, Ali Wong, Nikki Glaser and more. She has performed in the Women in Comedy Festival, LaughFest, the Funny Women Fest, and the San Diego Comedy Festival. She is currently based in London.
