I am a stand-up and a theoretical physicist. Science, feminism, politics and the apocalypse.

I am a theoretical particle physicist at Durham University and a science comedian. My signature show, Physics Fan Fiction, takes an irreverent and occasionally surreal look at what theoretical physicists do all day. I also take in politics, feminism and how the Higgs boson could kill us all. In 2016 and 2018 I took Physics Fan Fiction to the Edinburgh Fringe, with PBHs Free Fringe. I have also enjoyed performing at the BT Comedy Club with the Oxford Playhouse, as a compere for Bright Club Southampton and Guildford and at An Evening of Unnecessary Detail with Festival of the Spoken Nerd.
