Born in a small desert town in California to a mixed household being half Irish half Puerto Rican has made Evan diverse in culture with a unique upbringing that he brings to the stage. From a young age Evan always enjoyed the creative process and used humor & entertainment as a tool to survive through life. Evan believes laughter is the best medicine.
