Brandon Bruffett

Brandon Bruffett is a stand-up comedian, writer, producer, actor, podcaster & all around funny person based out of New Orleans, LA. He began performing comedy in Chicago in 2018 as a student at the world renowned Second City Training Center with focus on stand-up & storytelling. He has since found himself performing coast to coast, from Chicago to New Orleans & as far west as San Francisco, CA & Eugene, OR in venues including The Second City, The Laugh Factory, Howling Wolf & The Comedy Bar. He's been featured in regional & local showcases in the Bay area of San Francisco as well as at home in New Orleans. While residing in CA, Brandon held a spot as the regular opener for many national touring comedians including Alex Elkin, Mark Pita, Robert Duchaine & many others. Back home in NOLA, Brandon can be found on stages all over the city working as a regular at Comedy House New Orleans(the city's only dedicated comedy club), or at Comedy Gumbeaux(Howling Wolf) working along side names like Sean Patton, Craig Robinson(Hot Tub Time Machine, Pineapple Express) & Punkie Johnson(SNL) to name a few. Knowing the assumptions many people make upon hearing his first words, Brandon uses his deep southern drawl to lure you. Never one to shy away from controversial topics, he carefully winds his way through one hot button topic after another delivering smart, well manicured material with hard hitting punchlines drilling with southern sarcasm earning huge laughs(& the occasional gasp) every time he takes the stage! Whether the southern disposition, or his ability to remain absolutely relaxed no matter how uncomfortable the subject matter, once you think youve got him figured out, hes hitting you with the hand you never saw coming.
