Ben Hodge is quickly becoming seen as one of the most exciting new acts on the circuit. His unique outlook as a trans man has seen him win peoples choice at his Chortle comedy heat. Since his debut in November 2018 the comedy has been lit up with positive reviews. BBC radio Wales presenter Kiri Pritchard-McLean said “Ben is such an exciting act. Tonnes of charm and stage presence all topped off with killer jokes.” Blizzard comedy Manchester’s longest running safe space LGBT+ friendly comedy club described him as “Relatable and likeable and infinitely self- aware” going on to book him regularly on their line ups where he is a firm favourite.
