Ashley has been performing on the UK stand-up comedy circuit since 2003. In that time he has performed over 1000 gigs going as far north as the Highlands of Scotland and as far south as Penzance. He has made people laugh in comedy clubs, theatres, rock festivals and on moving buses.

Corporate work includes private parties and functions for both individuals and businesses.

Edinburgh Fringe appearances 2003-2011 include various stand-up sets, The Seven Deadly Sings (solo show - 2 years), The Seven Deadly Jokes (with Hannah George), The Great Big Comedy Picnic comedy showcase and the highly successful comedy play The Musical! (Underbelly, 2004), which he also co-wrote.
