July 4th - Independence Day! Come celebrate the US day of Independence, with BCOM!
We are BCOM! Our uniquely themed, interactive, monthly comedy open mic nights in Brighton are different from any other show you will see or be a part of! We always have some of the best new, upcoming and established acts performing with us, as well as international acts from around the globe!
This month will have that BIG APPLE flavour, as we go all out in celebrating all things American!
FAKE NEWS! FAKE CHEESE! FAKE NOSES!
BANNERS! FLAGS! BUNTING! FIREWORKS (maybe)!
We'll have eight 5-min performances of some of the best new comedy on the circuit, followed by a stellar headline act!
Order of acts will be determined by our RANDOM AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION GENERATOR GAME! And this month, we're bringing back the great American tradition of BEER PONG!
As well as this, we'll have a fantastic American headline act in Mike Capozzola!

Originally from New York, Mike is a London based American comedian & published cartoonist (Prospect, Private Eye, MAD Magazine, Ted Talks, WIRED, Best of McSweeney's).
Mike will be doing an extract from his show "EVIL CYBORG SEA MONSTERS," - a multimedia/stand up comedy show about superheroes, sci-fi and monsters!
If you're a fan of Star Trek, Star Wars, James Bond, Batman, Spiderman, Game of Thrones and time travel: teleport, fly, or beam down to this show!
This stuff is celebrated and dissected by a pro. Mike's done the show at various theatres, comic cons, museums, comedy clubs & comedy festivals in the U.S. and the U.K!
