Rebeca Araniva

Rebeca is a Canadian comic who recently moved from Toronto to London. She has performed all over the Greater Toronto Area since 2023, including at The Theatre Centre, Comedy Bar, Tallboys, and The Staircase in Hamilton. In London, she has graced the stages of Angel Comedy and Square Go Comedy.
Rebeca’s comedy blends satire and misdirection, challenging assumptions about identity, privilege, and upbringing. Her wit and unique life experiences surprise audiences everywhere. Her topics range from being a miracle baby and pretending to be an evangelical Christian at the workplace, to being courted by a “ketamine guy,” attending private school, and her experience as an immigrant in Canada.
While relatively new to comedy, Rebeca has made a name for herself in the Toronto comedy scene. She was recently selected to perform and host at Toronto’s 2024 Comedy is Art festival this October.
