Sile (Sheila) is an American ventriloquist, comedian, and actress whose work is rooted in a desire to make people laugh. Mister Dimples is Sheila's platypus puppet and comedy partner. He is supposed to be Australian. He sounds like he is from Ohio. Neither of them is entirely sure how that happened.
