He has served as a Regional Officer and worked extensively with organizations such as the Community Sustainable Development Organization (COSDO), the World Food Programme (WFP), and Medical Teams International (MTI), delivering impactful training and development programs.Mohammed specializes in Business Management, Value Addition, Climate-Smart Agriculture, and Agribusiness Development. Through his consultancy work, he has trained hundreds of farmers and entrepreneurs in standardized value addition, improved production techniques, and market-oriented farming. His efforts have contributed to increased productivity, enhanced product quality, improved incomes, and stronger market access for rural communities.In addition to his technical expertise, Mohammed is recognized for his leadership, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in challenging and high-pressure environments. He is passionate about sustainable development, food security, and building resilient livelihoods, particularly for youth and women.As the founder of Gbassey Mohammed Business, he actively promotes local economic growth through cassava processing, job creation, and skills development in agro-processing and small business management.Mohammed’s work is driven by a clear mission: to transform agriculture into a profitable, sustainable, and inclusive sector that improves lives and strengthens communities.
